TAMPA — He was a lifeless pile of fur and bones, still tied up behind a Cherry Street house. It appeared he had starved to death.

On Thanksgiving Day, county worker Angela Snyder arrived to remove the dog’s remains.

The difference is amazing. I would never have guessed it was the same dog.
