Royal City Washington has accepted a ban that goes into effect on January 12th. Rotweilers and pit bulls. The super sad thing is that the city has pit bull service dogs that they use and they will be "retired" as they can use other dogs for their current service needs. They work with pits and they still banned them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
