Fences ordered in Middleboro for goat, pit bull

By Eileen Reece, Enterprise correspondent
The owner of a Middleboro day care complained to selectmen that a neighbor's pit bull and goat have harassed the children in her day care and she fears for their safety.

Heather Fuller, 185 Thompson St., issued three complaints since August against her neighbor Lisa Bellefeille, 187 Thompson St. concerning her 55-60 pound pit bull/boxer mix and a goat.

Animal Control Officer Jayson Tracy said the dog is unlicensed and has been under a permanent restraining order since July 2004.

What got me in addition to the fact that the dog is NOT a "pit bull", but rather a mixed breed, is this:

stated the goat was loose and scaring children and attempting to enter the Fuller's vehicle

Goats can kick your ass if they really want to.
There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.
