I agree with the comment about how there are more important things they should be focusing on. Granted, I'm all for GOOD dog laws - vicious dog laws, leash laws, etc. But I can quickly foresee it going breed-specific.

This state is smurfed.

All politicians do any more is try to distract us from real issues that they can't solve.

If our biggest problems are dangerous pet groomers then I think we are in pretty good shape. somehow I think there are bigger problems in NYS like medicaid for instance. That's hurting us more then any pack of rabid dogs would.

What we really need are laws against over-zealos law-makers.
