Animal control officer bit by dog


ROCHESTER, NY -- A Rochester Animal Control officer was attacked by a pit bull mix while on the job this morning.



We’re told that when the door of a house on Carter Street opened, a dog lunged at the officer and bit him. The officer is going to be okay.



The officer was investigating a report of a dog bite at the same house earlier in the day. No charges will be filed.
